Pacific Hills School has a thriving international student community! This school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students.
Our students matriculate to some of the top universities in California, including USC, UCLA and UC Berkeley, as well as colleges and universities across the country.
The application process is similar to that for U.S. citizens and a phone or Skype interview may replace the personal interview. Applicants should be proficient in English; SSAT test results are preferred, but not required.
Students must live with a guardian in the Los Angeles area or apply for housing through our partner agency, gphomestay. Gphomestay is a residential services and homestay provider that specializes in matching international students with committed, American host families in the community and providing ongoing, local support to both students and hosts. Gphomestay is recognized as a CSIET-approved organization. Residential dormitory services will also be available beginning in the 2016/2017 school year.

Want to learn about a different culture and broaden your horizons without leaving your home? Become a host today and welcome a new member to your family! You are welcome to host a student for one or two semesters, and there is also the possibility of choosing to host again the following year. The students typically study in the United States with the intention of graduating from an American high school.
